I need help with.....

I have received a year end accounts reminder, what should I do?

This email will have been generated by our system and sent to you a few days after your business year end.  To understand what is required please read through the email and this should explain the process in detail.

However, the year end accounts reminder informs you that the financial year end has passed and we must complete the accounts and submit them to HMRC and Companies House (if a limited company).  The deadline is 9 months for a limited company or by 31 January if a sole trader after the year end - so there is plenty of time.

However, we do like to complete the accounts as early as possible to ensure you have plenty of time to pay the tax due so we do request that you send us either the paperwork or confirm that the online accounts are up to date.

Once your figures are up to date we should complete the accounts and confirm once done.
