You can set up and manage businesses and individuals you have contact with within your business. They maybe customers or suppliers.
The contact listing displays all records filtered by type of account e.g. customer or supplier.
On the listing you can view business name, email, telephone, contact name and invoices due for payment.
There are other functions you can do from this page.
View contact - click on the business name to view further details of the contact.
Add invoice - you can add an invoice depending on whether you are viewing the customer or supplier contacts.
New account - to add a new customer or supplier account click this button.
View all invoices - click to view all the invoices depending on whether you are on the customer or supplier page.
Switch views - you can switch between customer and suppliers easily.
Search - search for an invoice.
