If you are a new company, then you need to include all transactions from when the company first started trading. You can also include any pre-trade expenses you incurred such as the cost to form the company.
If you have transferred to us from another accountant, we will be able to enter the opening position per the last set of filed accounts which you previous accountant will provide us with. You would then need to enter all transactions since the last set of accounts. However, if you have management account information for your current accounting period, please forward this to your dedicated accountant who will assess whether the information will be sufficient to enter into the online system.
